Michael Terpin Joins Naoris Protocol as Strategic Advisor

Strengthening Strategic Depth for the Post-Quantum Era

Naoris Protocol is proud to announce that Michael Terpin, one of the most influential figures in the blockchain and communications industries, has joined the project as a Strategic Advisor.

Recognized by CNBC as the “Godfather of Crypto,” Terpin brings decades of experience in public relations, venture development, and institutional communication. As the founder of Transform Ventures, Transform Studios, and Transform Group, he has shaped the narrative and market positioning of many of the most recognized names in Web3. His addition to the advisory board marks another step in the expansion of Naoris Protocol’s strategic and regulatory footprint as the global migration to post-quantum security accelerates.

A Shared Vision for the Quantum-Safe Future

Terpin’s appointment follows Naoris Protocol’s recent citation in a submission to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), which identified Naoris as a reference model for post-quantum infrastructure within the Post-Quantum Financial Infrastructure Framework (PQFIF). The report underscores the urgent need for financial and blockchain systems to transition to quantum-resistant cryptography before Q-Day arrives.

Speaking on his appointment, Michael Terpin said:

“I’m delighted to join Naoris as an advisor amid growing recognition around the need for quantum-resistant security for both Web2 and Web3.
A recent research paper from the SEC presents Naoris as the go-to standard for the financial sector’s shift to quantum-safe systems.
When regulators look for examples of quantum-resistant blockchain and zero-knowledge privacy solutions, Naoris will set the benchmark.”

Expanding Strategic Depth

David Carvalho, CEO and Founder of Naoris Protocol, welcomed Terpin’s appointment, noting:

“Bringing in Michael Terpin as a strategic advisor demonstrates the scale of our ambition to pioneer the first decentralized post-quantum infrastructure for Web2 and Web3.
His expertise in crypto communications and regulation will be especially valuable as the industry transitions toward post-quantum standards.”

This addition comes at a pivotal moment for Naoris Protocol, following a year of significant milestones — including the launch of the $NAORIS token, the processing of over 100 million post-quantum transactions, 3.3 million wallets created, and over 1 million validator nodes activated.

Naoris Protocol continues to expand partnerships and integrations across finance, telecom, energy, defense, and IoT, embedding its decentralized trust architecture at the Sub-Zero Layer, beneath blockchain layers L0 to L3.

Building Resilience Across the Digital Economy

Naoris Protocol’s post-quantum architecture combines Post-Quantum Cryptography, Decentralized Proof-of-Security (dPoSec) consensus, and Swarm AI to secure blockchain transactions, enterprise networks, and critical infrastructure. Its technology aligns with NIST, NATO, and ETSI post-quantum standards, providing the trust fabric required to protect digital systems from both classical and quantum threats.

The appointment of Michael Terpin reinforces Naoris Protocol’s mission to unify cybersecurity, blockchain, and quantum resilience into a single decentralized trust layer — ensuring that the foundations of tomorrow’s digital world remain secure.

About Naoris Protocol

Naoris Protocol is revolutionizing cybersecurity and digital trust with the world's first Decentralized Post-Quantum Infrastructure, operating at the Sub-Zero Layer, below layers L0 to L3 it secures blockchain transactions and Web3 & Web2 infrastructure, including DEXes, bridges, and validators, enterprise cloud and IoT networks. By transforming every device into a trusted validator node, our Post-Quantum infrastructure leverages the cutting-edge dPoSec consensus and Decentralized Swarm AI, to set a new standard in transparency, trust, and security, preparing Web3 and Web2 for a Post-Quantum future.
